On 4th july, i took a vodafone connection with 4g wifi router for my number [protected]. i already paid 6 months advance - rs. 6870 in cash to the vodafone store at kumar swamy layout and they gave me a cash bill (attached).
For some reason, it's not updated in vodafone's system and my account is still showing rs. 6900 outstanding. hence, vodafone has disconnected my connection.
Even after repeatedly taking to the customer care (more than 10 times) and repeatedly going to the local vodafone store 3 times, the issue hasn't been solved.
Now, i am left with no internet and it has severely affected my work. i am an online entrepreneur with an ecommerce business and my work needs internet 24x7. god knows how much money i have lost in business because of this nuisance.
Vodafone's record shows wrong information because one of their employee was careless and didn't do his job properly. if they have not received it then they should talk to their own employees and resolve the issue instead of harassing the customer by disconnecting his internet even after she has paid.
Whenever i talk to anyone from vodafone, they say it will get resolved within 10-15 minutes and yet i am sitting duck without any internet. without any internet, i am losing hundreds of customers in my business everyday.
Today, they have told me that somehow the payment details have been updated in this system after 4 weeks (28 days). they said that the have restored the connection but nothing is restored. i still can not connect to the internet. i called the customer care, the data team and emailed back and forth. nobody has a clue.
I just want my money complete back and would like to disconnect this pathetic connection. i have already suffered enough loss.
