My mother is using [protected] which is a keypad phone, issue is related tariff plan, we took initially 199 basic plan, billing plan which is changed suddenly without customer approval, and after reaching customer care team they are saying like we went to store and activated but actually we didn't do, we have not paid extra amount, due to that they have disconnected incoming and outgoing calls, we sent so many mails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and calls also, every time we are getting acknowledge mail from Vodafone team but no one is responding,
in mail they have mentioned Vodafone office address varun towers2 Begumpet Hyderabad, finally we went to that office and checked with employee, he said like in Warangal someone changed seems, but actually my mother is staying in Anakapalli which is my native place, we have not gone there and we have not requested for anything, we given complaint in begumpet office he said like we will check with store and we will get back and also he given number [protected](Nodal Office), now it’s almost one month is going to finish he is also not responding to my calls and diverting to other number.
We are not able to communicate with my mother from past 4 months,
Is this the way you will respond with customer?
We have converted from prepaid to postpaid is this mistake we did?
Is there any option to change Vodafone plan without customer notice or approval?
Any unknown person can he change others plan?
Really its very worst support team which i have never seen, I am really unhappy with your services and support.
No one is taking quick action and support after doing so many follow-ups and mails.
Please take necessary action.
