Vodafone India — Disconnection/ demand for re-submission of docs | |||||
Hi, My mother(Lipi Pal) is having Vodafone number [protected]. I took that SIM from Kankurgachi Vodafone Store, Kolkata after porting from BSNL. On 5th December I got the following SMS: "Hello ur prepaid dox rejected during DoT audit pls submit prepaid Frm with photoaddid prf to VF store B to avoid deactivation carry originals" But yesterday night the number got deactivated. The SMS quoted above is not edited. There is no formal language to intimate it's customer. I am using this number for my banking and all official purpose. I don''t know what kind of audit is this. I have already provided photo identity proof before while taking the connection. How many times I have to do the same only for one connection? For last few months there was no problem. Why suddenly I''m getting this issue. I am in Hyderabad right now, please provide me a positive solution. For better service only I shifted to VODAFONE. How the number can be deactivated?
