Good day.
I am hereby with my complaint of worst service from vodafone.
I have one international roaming number under my name ([protected]) which was active since more than three four years. All in a sudden it is deactivated without any prior intimation or notice.
Already there are many numbers which are active under my name which i am sharing with my family...[protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] (Int'l roaming).
I use my number [protected] especially for receiving roaming calls, sms & otps while in abroad and in case of any emergency calls. I have given this number to all my bank accounts and shares to receive the any calls & sms without any obstacles all these days. I have already deposited a bulk amount as advance while getting this connection and also i have paid all my bills all these years without any issues.
For the past few days or weeks i had no calls and sms and a lot of complaints from my business about the dead number which made me shocked. I didn't expect this sort of service from vodafone for a customer like me who still sticks for more than 12 years..
I had a big loss in the past weeks due to this worst service from vodafone. Even if i receive a mail notification of deactivation, i would have changed my service provider immediately.
I would like to know the reason behind this at the earliest.
Hope the previous bill pending payment is 31.39 inr, which i tried to pay thru my mobile vodafone app. But unfortunately that service also got blocked without any clear intimation.

Your quick response would be much appreciated and the activation of my number immediately.
