I, frenie rambhia am a vodafone customer for the past 12 plus years. My current vodafone number is [protected].
I had taken an add on card from vodafone bearing the number [protected]. I had this number disconnected sometime in 2016 after making all payments due on the same. Currently my vodafone number [protected] has been disconnected (Outgoing and incoming) for non payment of [protected].
I fail to understand why an esteemed company like yours fail to upload details of the payment despite doorstep verification of the same as well as gallery verification. Why is it that my number is disconnected now when its been over a year if your company claims that payment is due?
The above number [protected] is being used by someone else currently who i have no connection with.
I have made payments which have been verified by vodafone staff who had visited my residence about 4-6 months back. My payment was made is cash unfortunately i don't posses the confirmation receipt of payment anymore and have no proof of the payment now since its been over a year since the payment was made.
An harassment agency is given my number who have absolutely no knowledge of the above matter and no details of the account and talk utter rubbish. Any information we ask them, they have only one reply which is they don't have access to it.
Would request you to reconnect the above number at the earliest.
It's pathetic that a customer of over 12 years is treated like this.
