Vodafone India — Discontinuation of Internet Services

Dear Sir / Madam. This is with reference to the mobile number [protected] which is being used by me. This number was provided to me by company called GUJ INFO PETRO LIMITED in the year Feb -10 on account of joining the company under company CUG plan. After working for 3 years I left the company in June-13 and the number was removed from CUG which shifted immediately from a customized rental plan to normal rental plan immediately. Later after obtaining a NOC from the company (submitted to Vodafone) the number was transferred in to my name and billing address shifted to my residential address and since then I am separately paying the bill. Today I called the Vodafone customer care (Ahmedabad) to discontinue the Internet plan due to poor services of Vodafone ….But the Guy denied stating that I have to obtain NOC from my past employer. My concern I have already submitted the NOC in past and hence only the above needful was taken care …..However it is not feasible for obtaining NOC. Request to do the needful.
