Vodafone India — Dongle recharge done but not activated due to error by executive at coimbatore anna salai store | |||
Hi, i had done a dongle recharge for 195 IGB validity 28 days yesterday 11th july 2014 at around 1130 to 1230, hours and paid by card and also got an invoice for this transaction and my Dongle sim number is [protected], the executive at the store entered the number wrong as [protected] or what ever instead of my number, she called up and said sorry on the error on her part and assurred to recharge my number correctly in an hour later Mr Pradeep the cashier called up and asked for an hour and it is still going on and on and on, i have not got the recharge. till now its going to be 48 hours. I had just spoken to one Mr saravanan at Vadafone CS at coimbatore he spoke to HO and advised me to go to the store and sort, so many calls i made to all the numbers right from Hyderabad to coimbatore But no HELP I see HELP, Happy to HELP but your guys are HELPLESS pls do the recharge for me Thanks Samule sudhakar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
