[Resolved] Vodafone India — Dotbot and click nation | |||
[protected]: 71 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT and click nation. I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone. I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides. Every other day there is some drama going on. Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses. And now this nonsense deduction. I do not have time to entertain such BULL#### every other day and keep calling customer care. I will port my number if this doesnt gets resolved. Feb 11, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved finally they refunded my balance after a long wait of 12 hours. thank you for your help . Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
