Vodafone India — Dotbot auto deduction of my account

Whenever i topup my balances Rs 35 or more is always deducted from my account for things i never subscribed, only after deduction it tells me how to deactivate, now, i ve got this message telling me that this Dotbot thing is armed and ready to deduct rs 35 from my account as soon as i topup my balances... What do i do to stop this.? My number is [protected]. I really really want to unsuscribe or deactivate or whatever this thing they called Dotbot.

I am on a Business Trip out of India. i have a lot of important deals to be made.
i have asked Vodafone to enable my International Roaming ...& they Said that they have enabled it & have charged me.
but its been 2 days and my mobile is still not working.
