Vodafone India — duplicate sim activation

Subsequent to loss of my mobile with vodafone no [protected] (Pre-paid), i had approached vodafone store at saltlake sector-5, kolkaata. They had taken rs.100/- and issued me a duplicate sim on 02.03.2020. They informed that the sim can be activated after 2-hours.

I have inserted the given sim and tried to activate but there is no result yet. Made mail complain to vodafone in their customercare. But no reply came neither could the sim got activated.

As this sim is very important, kindly advise vodafone to do needful urgently

Updated by KshitishPrusti Matter was discussed. It is yet to be resolved. Hopeful that Vodafone shall resolve the issue of harrasment of consumers by changing the system the new SIm gets activated.
