Vodafone India — duplicate sim issue | |||||
My vodafone sim was damaged and i had applied for another sim and they gave it to me another sim. But this sim is not working so i contacted customer care and discuss my problem. They said there no problem with sim and remove the sim and re insert it. I did what they said and my problem isn't solved. This was my urgent sim and i contacted them many times and that # have no idea about the issue. One # said to me that my documents are not submitted and another said that everything is ok. Now i again try to contact them in another phone but they won't allow me to connect the customer care service. Why the f...#k is that vodafone still didn't solve my problem and even they are not ready to attend my call. How should i solve my problem. Why vodafone always irritating their customer.
