[Resolved] Vodafone India — employer lied with me

I lost my sim card so i went to my nearest vodafone showroom (Kumaran road, court street, thirupur-641601.) and i explained my problem they reply me that i should buy a postpaid sim and asked menu details and i had a worst experience and they said it will take 7 days though you submit those things. But when i call to customer care they said it takes only 2 hrs and i need to pay only 50. (Name of staff in vodafone shop :brintha & gopalakrishnan
