My No. is [protected].The bill generated is for the bill cycle 18th Sep'15 to 17th Oct'15 and it charges me 2629!!! My outgoing has been stopped.When called up the helpline I was told that I have crossed Credit Limit and will have to pay 80 % of the bill after which my rental will be debited every month with the bill rate.Now I have received a bill saying I have consumed 1GB of Data and have charged me this huge amount.
Need an Explanation to it and ofcourse the solution.I am not going to pay this amount as I have not utilized this Data.
Doubt:
How come I used exact 1 GB of Data nothing less nothing more????
I need the solution EOD else will have no option than to escalate it and take to consumer court
