I am not happy with the services given by you & your call centre team. Last two days I am trying to know why my unbilled amount has been increased for that I am connected to your call centre on 2nd Jan 16 on 10:47pm & 3rd Jan 16 but not got any satisfactory answer. I think the person who is taking calls are not interested in answering our query n they are just entertainment to customer by giving unwanted answer by holding the line again n again or Vodafone is interested in eating .50 paise for 3 minutes.. very cheap.
On 2nd my call duration Was around 45 minutes in that I spoke with call centre person for not more than 5 minutes rest of the time my call has been just on hold I don't know what magical thing this the guy was searching on your system n why your system is not showing all required details of customer in one screen, today also I spoke approx 20 minutes same thing repeated.
Regarding my outstaying amount I am getting various stupid answer like having 4 connection on this no, no outstaying amount is on this no, already the outstaying amount has been paid don't worry your services will be resume etc.
Just I wanted to know the reason of such high bill and my outstaying amount on 30th was R's.789 and due to which my services was interrupted still my unbilled amount on 2nd was R's.839 n on 3rd it's 1262. If I am not using your services from 30th so how my unbilled amount is increasing day by day????
