Vodafone India — excess bill for internet usage while mobile data is not exhausted | |||
I am having issues with my vodafone postpaid mobile bills from last 3 months. I could see there is an extra amount (Rs. 300-400) added for internet data usage while i don't use the mobile data much. Rather i cannot use it due to poor vodafone network in pune. Nevertheless, i had to pay the bills after the bill generation because i was not having any proof for not using the mobile data. But for the current month - feb (Unbilled amount), i started keeping an eye on the bill amount in the vodafone app. And even if 1.36gb data is remaining out of 2.53gb, it started applying the extra mobile internet charges. Attaching vodafone app screenshot for the reference. I have raised the complaint (4-[protected]) this time prior to bill generation but didn't get any response.
