This is to inform you that i have just change my plan and customer executive told me that i will get 20gb permonth internet data which if i would not use will add in the next month i have not use the internet for last 3 month but used in current month than why my bill come around 744
This is too much normally bill come of rs around 500
Pl correct the bill

I'm unable to pay postpaid bill from from Vodafone app as it keeps on loading with no further action. I'm surprised the app still manages to add fine to the existing bill. Please be professional.

It's poor internet service of 4G...It gets connected but data is not working...so bad internet service.. headache... customer care not taking call..so worst service of Vodafone
