Vodafone India — Excess bill on my postpaid connection | |||||
I had been a Vodafone postpaid customer for last 3 years and my postpaid limit is 9000 INR, Last Month i was travelling to Singapore where on airport i received a message offering international roaming, which i activated but i didn't received any payment terms or tariff for the plan i have activated but after a day my connection was disconnected without any warning, which can be verified by your system and as on my return i found that there was outstanding bill of 26, 000 which was a shock to me and for confirmation when i requested for an itemized bill in which they have even charged me for itemized billing but the bill format i have received do not carry details of my usage, now when my limit was 9000 INR why my phone was allowed to operate till 26, 000 INR and why then it was disconnected. this shows that Vodafone system operates in a very non professional manner otherwise they should have flowed the norms and disconnection shod have taken at my limits so i kindly request you to look in to this as i am calling customer care dept of Vodafone i m no it getting proper response Was this information helpful? | |||||
