[Resolved] Vodafone India — Excess billing against VAS | |||
My no is [protected](Vodafone Kolkata) which is belongs to my wife. Every Month service provider charged additional against VAS (Value added service). I do not notice the same from past three month. Whatever the billing amount they have charge I have paid. Recently I have notice that my billing amount is excessively high. Looking for the reason I have found that some VAS has been activated in my no and it has renewed every month without my knowledge. I have contact service provider for query in the month of April (for March billing) and they have reduced my billing amount of Rs 400/-. Again I have complain in the month of May (April month billing) against excess billing ant they have reduced the bill of Rs 275/- which is reflected in May billing cycle. But again in May bill they have charged Rs 340/- against VAS(Which I have no idea to use) and now they are denying to reduced. Now they are not entertain us and continue creating pressure to pay the bill with VAS service. In the attached file it is clearly showing the previous deducted amount.
