I have Vodafone Mobile number [protected] from last 8- 9 years earlier I had post paid connection but when I realise that unnecessarily extra bill charging by company so I switched over to prepaid connection then 5-6 months ago company employees came and convince me for post paid connection with attractive plans but in last month I realized company had charging extra plan charges that I had not requested and also fake charges are there then from wanowadi office they said we will reverse your amount so no need to pay nest bill so we not paid and now my out going services are disconnected.
what this when our money is with you then how you suppose to do this and I demanded every time for detailed bills but I had not received in details.
