[Resolved] Vodafone India — Excess data usage count | |||
I am using 1 GB data plan of Vodafone since last 3-4 months. Just after 15-18 days of billing cycle, I get notified for usage of 80% of the data pack. Till 3 months back, I was in Pune and was using Idea's 1GB plan for last one & half year. My data allowance used to comfortably pass through the entire month and there has never been a chance that I needed to get notification or had to have booster plan. Since then, my data usage has not changed any significantly. I strongly feel that data counting method at Vodafone is faulty. Ashwini Sharma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
