My credit limit for the number [protected] is rs.9200. Yet i have gotten a bill of above rs.80, 000. The whole point of a credit limit is to stop all charges and block the phone once the amount crossed it. It is making a fool of consumers by charging me so much. The charges relate to international data. But no matter what, the bill should not cross the credit limit. If it does it is the fault of the company. They should have shut all services immediately. I request them to make the changes to showcase the new bill in accordance with the credit limit. Multiple mails and calls have gotten few replies and last 7 days they have stopped responding too. Each reply has been generic and ignored my problem.
