I had changed my plan on my two numbers in june'17. However, the concerned vodafone store did not change it nor did it inform me that the plan was not changed. I came to know two months later that the billing amount was high because of not changing the plan by vodafone. The plan was finally changed in september 2017 but vodafone is not reversing the excess amount charged to me in june, july, august and september.
I have written to all the teams including [protected]@vodafone.com and also appellate. However, there is no response / action from both the ids. When called on the mumbai nodal number[protected] and appellate number[protected], there is either no response, no action. The calls are either disconnected or transferred to customer care division where the customer care executive is unable to do anything about the complaint and asks to call on the nodal / appellate numbers only. This is sheer harassment and fleecing by vodafone. Can someone help me get my refund? Was this information helpful? |
