As per telephonic conversation with your Executive. Same issue is described below.
Facing following issues with your services for below numbers
[protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected]
With out my prior written request, monthly rental is changed (I got all the paid bills from the beginning with 201 monthly rental), credit limit has been increased without my written concern.
I have asked several times to your executive over phone or through your mini stores. They particularly mentioned [protected] bill was high because of internet usage. But i use WI-FI at my home and office and for all numbers rental plans are changed. When i requested them to show my usage. I get negative answer
I asked all the users to surrender the number and asked them to use their personal numbers. Still i found the bill is spiking out.
Better resolve this problem or kindly accept this as my cancellation request for all the above mentioned numbers.
I would better prefer cancellation with proper bill amount only with what is used. Let me know how to proceed with cancelling procedure, Since i have no proper response from Vodafone for any queries.
Kindly don't make us responsible for increasing credit limit and change in monthly rental plan for all numbers. It happened without my written request.

These people are just not responsive and just putting me into high stress. Their executive accepted that this is their fault due to their negligence but they are not ready cancel and forcing me to pay the excessive bill amount. [protected]@yahoo.com / [protected] Was this information helpful? |
