Vodafone India — excessive bills and cheating | |
When I blocked my papa Vodafone prepaid sim after my mobile with papa sim in it being stolen, I asked papa to get the sim with same no. But duty to some fingerprint issue with Aadhar reading from nearby Vodafone centre, my papa had to go far off Vodafone centre sector 14 gurgaon centre.They told papa as sim is not working now for getting the same no. U have to take postpaid sim.as my Paytm with 4000was in that so he took it.then first month without using the sim bill was 250yhen next month again 280 but second month as bill not paid they added 100rs late fees then that way they made 800s bill .so with this bitter experience and worse behaviour of store my papa paid 500rs and 250rs security he asked them to settle it by closing sim.but I could not have access to Paytm till then as I was away so now I need that sim in working condition and I demand for refund of all that extra bill which would not have been there if sim would have been prepaid as requested and demanded.till now they are messaging him on alternate no. Continuosly .This is a harassment
