[Resolved] Vodafone India — Existing internet pack 3g deactivated on my mobile after submission of STOP AT 1925 | |||||
Dear sir, My mobile no is [protected]. I have activated internet pack 1 GB 3g for 28 days, on 06/09/2016.and it is valid till 3/10/2016 I have submitted STOP FOR PREVENTION OF FURTHER REDUCTIONS OF MY BALANCE IF 3G DATA PACK EXPIRE, AS BALANCE INTERNET IS NOT SHOWING AFTER CONSUMING DATA.but my existing data pack is also deactivated. I have told Customer care at 198 mr.Shivshankar, satvir also on the same time when I received the massage of deactivated internet pack on 11/09/2016. As my pack was valid for 3/10/2016 then why I need to by internet pack further for using internet survice. Plz look into the matter and please activate my existing pack.
