[Resolved] Vodafone India — Exorbitant bills on my postpaid no.[protected] | |||||
As per your mail received dated 08 Sept 2016 my current mobile usage was Rs. 1108/- however today I received a message stating that my current bill is for Rs. 5100/- due on 23Sept 2016. Despite of my constant reminders to disconnect my service when the bill goes above Rs.1000/- you have been consistently failing in doing the same and if you see my last 6 months mobile bills it has only been increasing from 2000/- to 3000/- to 4000/- to 5000/- and so on... What is your company up to? When the customer has requested to disconnect the services above Rs.1000/- how can you allow the bill to reach 5000/-???? Or increase the limit without my consent???? This is complete negligence on part of the company to loot the customer and am filing a complaint against this. Hope you at least have the courtesy to look into the matter.
