Vodafone India — extra 100 in the name of other credit/charges | |||
Our whole family has been using Vodafone network for almost last decade. I'm using postpaid from equal amount of time while other members use prepaid. I have opted for an unlimited plan of ₹699/- and bill amount expected per month is approx. ₹846/- as per the employee when asked while activating this plan. Almost every 3 months, the company adds an extra charge of ₹100/- in the bill under other credits/charges. When asked for an explanation they say that a popup must have appeared and we must have clicked ok on it so service has activated and hence charged. But no such service is activated and no proper justification is provided. I highly oblige you to kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate strict actions against these extra charges scam. In case this continues, I'll be forced to change my service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
