Vodafone India — Extra charges as the name of other credits/charges | |||
This is very ridiculous that the vodafone service provider are taking extra money form the customers such as the name of "other credits /charges. Even after paying regular bill they are taking extra hidden charges from customers, and they are doing fraud with the public In fact i and my whole family and group are using vodafone since last 8 years and in my bill i regularly saw that they are putting extra charges in every month's bill. I have attached my recent bill for your reference in which they are mentioned "other credits /charges" and amount is 100 rs If it is not rectify immediately i will switch into the other service provider. From the next month only. And i require my 100 rs back to me at any cost. Please take strict action on such type of scam by the vodafone company. Was this information helpful? | |||

Oh c’mon. The 100INR is most likely late payment fee. I’d suggest you (the customer) to Keep better track of your bills and accounts. How can a network provider be a scammer? Makes no bloody sense Lol. The third party scammers use the network providers to scam customers. Speak to the customer care in a civilised manner and they should be inclined to help you to the best of their abilities. Have been using Vodafone for 15years, and I can’t really remember when the customer care were not able to resolve reasonable issues. 🤷♂️ What baby, venting out needlessly
