Vodafone India — Extremely bad behavior of customer care executive

Today I got a call from Vodafone customer care executive regarding a postpaid scheme. She explained me about the scheme and I was interested in taking that scheme.
She asked me to get my documents ready by today and she will send her executive as the scheme is only available for today.(as told by her). Unfortunately today it was not possible for me to arrange the document and the photograph. She kept on insisting me to take the offer now. When I refused and said its not possible for me to get the arrangement by today, she started forcing me to do the arrangements now and her approach was really bad. She started arguing with me and forcing me continuously. As a customer I was maintaining my cool and tried to make her understand but she behaved and spoke so badly. I am really disappointed with the Vodafone's customer care service executive's behavior. Never ever seen an executive behaving so badly with their customers.
Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the executive but I can provide the number from which I got the call. The number is :[protected] called today[protected]at 12:14 pm.
Company should provide proper training to the executive's how to behave with customers/people.
