[Resolved] Vodafone India — Failure to recharge | |||
My new Vodafone number got activated and I tried to recharge it with a 30rs top up card, when they showed the message - "Your card's face value is greater than session limit." I tried calling the customer care or contacting the store I got the SIM from, but none of them could provide with any help. I switched my phone on and off, took the SIM out and reinserted it, but the problem remains. What does this mean? How can I get my phone recharged?
