[Resolved] Vodafone India — fake assurance by customer services | |
My number's incoming as well as outgoing both has been stopped and I went to vodafone store and they gave me a option to do on post paid but I want my number back on prepaid and when I went to retailer I couldn't recharge my number. I called the customer care, but always gave a false assurance that my problem will be fixed by 1 hour they have been saying the same thing since 5 days but it's not fixed yet. Today also I tried to recharge of 67 but it was unsuccessful. The worst customer care services ever seen, always gives false assurance but doesn't fix the problem. I have been waiting since Saturday but they always says your problem will be fixed by 1 hr and you will be able to use the number again.
