[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Fake bills

Dear Concern, I am writing to bring to your kind notice that my old, and once trusted, Telephone service provider VODAFONE has inflated my bills with fabricated calls. (Vodafone No. :[protected]. I have requested the company to answer 3 following questions four times on 18th, 21st 27th September and 3rd October, for which I am still to hear from them: 1.. How you guys managed to show 4 calls made from my phone on 24th August---- (when my sim was out of the device after making the full and final payment on 23rd August) 2... Where have the usage charges for the period of 6th August to 5th Sept --- (after the full and final charges made on 23rd August and did not make a single phone call after that) & 3.. How, when and under what circumstances you started my blackeberry services without my permission after I changed my plans for Rs. 150 one (before going to Canada)—I never request this services and never used ever since I changed my plan from Rs. 444 to Rs. 150) Kindly look into the matter and help me, because only mail I get from the company is the bill charges and the additional penalty leviedn the same. Dear Concern,

This is to bring to your kind notice that Vodafone has not taken any action after one of their representative Mr. Varun (from grievance cell) called me to settle things (after my complaint to consumer court) assuring that Vodafone would return all the additional charges (including blackberry and usage charges), which they have charged through trick and fraud.


My wifeand I are using the services of Vodafone for past 10 years and we never put a complaint even after consistently getting the inflated bills, however, this time after seeing they have shown some calls made, on the day my sim card was out of device, I thought it is enough and that the company must pay for its wrong doings.


All I am getting is their employees writing to me several mails to make the required payment. "Offence is the best defense" is the strategy they are resorting to and now they have are going to send a legal notice and will charge 18% interest rate.


We are outside and not making the insignificant payment just because it is a question of our values. We are also not using their services for some times now and getting such threat mails (without any actions to resolve the matter) is pure harassing, annoying and disturbing.

Dear Sir,
I am Mr. Sidheswar Mishra using Vodafone services form last 3 months .My Mob No is [protected]. I think it’s time for me to move on from Vodafone.
I am having some problem with [protected] bills for 14.12.14 to 12.01.15. I was using internet facility 1 GB free per month from the beginning. Next bill I have received in which they have charged Rs.1336/- for usage.
Also if my credit limit is RS. 1500/- Then how could my bill will be 2876/-
Later I tried to get this bill adjusted many times via telephonic conversation with Vodafone but none of customer care executive helped me out for the same and they barred my services even I am not able to receive the calls on that number ([protected]). This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic for me. This is no where logical as they are offering @2 paisa per 10 KB and charging 5 times more of that.
I am no more satisfied with the way of services of Vodafone. I want this bill to be adjusted and let me move to other service provider
