Vodafone India — False commitments and rude behaviour

Dear Team.

I am using Vodafone prepaid no. On Friday 11.03.2016. I have received a call from Vodafone (Ms Neelam - Contact no +91 [protected]) for conversion of the no. from Prepaid to Postpaid plan and offered me plan of Rs.299/-. I agreed on the same and told that I will give my necessary documents and Rs. 150/- towards security deposit only if the plan will get activated by Saturday 12.03.2016. I categorically confirm that if it’s possible then only you can send your executive to collect the documents and she agreed on the terms.

Mr. Pankaj Zha visited to my office premises on the Friday 11.03.2016 around 1.00 pm to collect the documents and cash. As he was not carrying the receipt book, on good faith on the company I gave him Rs. 150/- towards security deposit without receipt. He promised me that he will give me the receipt of the payment on Monday without fail. He also given me his contact no as + 91 [protected]. I received a unique no from the Vodafone which I forwarded to the no 1900 and the reply receive from the 1900 forwarded to Ms. Neelam as informed.

On Saturday I received thrice confirmation call from Vodafone but still the plan not get activated till the end of the day as promised.

On Sunday again around 11.30 am I received confirmation call from Vodafone but I convey the message to the executive that I don’t want to go for the billing plan as the given promise was not fulfilled. The executive took my request not to go for the billing plan.

After some time around 12.30 pm, I called Mr. Pankaj Zha for asking the refund of money as well for calling the documents submitted for the same. It’s surprising for me that the said mobile does not belong to him only. The same was picked by a lady named Ms. Swati who also works for Vodafone. She told me that she don’t know Mr. Pankaj Zha. I explain her all the previous story but she spoken rudely and not bother to answer in proper way. I continuously tried to call her but she was disconnecting the line every time. After some time around 4.00 pm, she pick the call and told me that she is putting my request again on fast track and I will receive confirmation call within one hour. But no call receive from the confirmation till end of day.

On Monday, I was busy and hence not able to get in touch any of the Vodafone representative or received any call from Vodafone.

On Tuesday, I contacted Ms. Neelam and inform all the things but she is also speak arrogantly and said she is busy and will revert me. After some time again I called her and again arrogantly she replied that you will receive the money and your documents back on Wednesday and cut down the phone

AS A WELL KNOWN COMPANY IT’S REALLY SURPRISING WHAT KIND OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY YOUR STAFF TO CUSTOMERS. NOT HAVING SPEAKING ABILITY NOR ETHIC. ALWAYS GIVING FALSE COMMITMENTS, NOT PICKING PHONES, SPEAKING RUDELY. IS THIS KIND OF TRAINING PROVIDED TO THE STAFF?. IF THE COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO GIVE PROPER SERVICES THEN WHY PROMOTING SUCH PLANS AND MAKING FOOLISH TO THE CUSTOMERS.

I now here specifically would like to intimate that I don’t want any further discussion on the same issue and demanding my documents and refund of money any how by tomorrow end of the day from where the documents has been collected by your executive. If the plan get’s activated, I am not responsible to make the payment for usage as I am not able to use my card as prepaid.

Hope you will take the matter seriously and will act on immediate basis.

Hi,

I have already wrote to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 15.03.2016, kindly refer said email. I have mentioned my mobile no. in the same. Till now no call received by me on the mentioned mobile or no email revert.

No call will be entertained by me, have enough harassment from the Vodafone tram.

Need all clarification in email.
