Vodafone India — False consumption of 3g data booster plan | |||
Today I have purchased a booster 3g data plan of 300 mb which was activated around 2:30 pm on 6/3/16 but without any major consumption it was showing around 220 mb exausted at around 6 pm I have talked to the customer service executive regarding the said issue but he was not able to provide any solution and not provided any brakeup for the said 220 mb data consumption. I am a very old customer of your company since more then 12 years and in past also I have experienced few such type of cases but I ignored them but this time I need a proper solution. Request you to resolve the problem ASAP and provide the breakup for the said 220 mb data and reverse the same in my Vodafone account . Was this information helpful? | |||
