Vodafone India — false information provided and then data usage charges are not being waived off | |||
Vodafone has messaged me on April 29 2019 that my plan will be upgraded from 99 Rental to 249 Red plan which contains 10 GB of data usage as part of the plan from May 1st 2019. I have started using data on May 2nd 2019 8:32 AM as per the message but they again message me on the same day at 5:26 PM that my plan will not be changed and it will remain to 99 RS per month without any data usage. Now, the data I have used between that time, they Re charging me and even raising the customer care complaint they are not waiving of my charges i.e. around 600 RS ( including taxes). I am attaching the message screenshots which I got from Vodafone. Please do the needful and help me to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
