Vodafone India — false isd charges on bill

We have be contacting the vodafone customer care since 3 weeks, we have been charged rs.176 for isd call for toll free number of dena bank. We have provided enough proofs just to show them that the number we called was from dena bank toll free number and it’s not an international number. We also email them detail bill, copy of dena bank document and a debit card picture which clearly state the phone number listed on the document is toll free. So far we had to complain to the nodal officer of gujarat for vodafone also made another complaint directly to vodafone customer care. The issue is still pending and has no update from them. So far there total 8 complaints to vodafone.
