Have been following up for the past 5 months for the 5 numbers to be added to the Family Red Plan. They have not started the service after repeated complaints and emails. They have been charging me continuously and sending me separate bills for each number. Their relationship mgr even admitted saying its a scam and thousands of customers have been complaining about the same. Now they have sent me some Notice from Devi and Associates which I am going to take up legally
