Vodafone India — Faulty Excessive Billing of Post Paid Mobile number [protected] (Mumbai) | |||
I had asked for change of plan for my post paid mobile number [protected] (Mumbai) last month to accommodate for 1GB of 3G Data. The request was processed and I was informed about the activation of the added plan of 1GB 3G data with applicable charges. However my May 15 month bill is too high and on investigation of bill I find they are charging for about 300MB of data usage which comes out to be over Rs 3000/-. This is not true as the amount of data used falls well below the range of 1GB and should not have been charged extra. Also the current usage they are indicating as 623 MB and likely charge for that as Rs 7000 and more. I am not sure as why besides changing my plan to accommodate 1GB free they are still charging for the data which is well below 1GB. In past too similar thing has happened and service provider had done some adjustments to reflect the same. I am available on [protected] and would like to know as what's exact reasons behind that.
