Vodafone India — Financially and mentally torture by vodafone company-disconnection of number but still bill is received | |||||
I asked the Vodafone customer care in Nov 2015 itself and still I am getting Vodafone bills on my number [protected]. I again asked Vodafone to disconnect my number in Jan 2016 but again I got bill for outstanding. I paid the bill in Feb and again asked for disconnection, but again I got bill in March 2016. It has been several times that I informd Vodafone by all means(emails, phone etc) to deactivate. This is ridiculous and so so pathetic of their service. In detail: I paid the 1670 something outstanding amount though I did not use the vodafone SIM from Nov 2015. Still there was this bill generated today saying 550 INR outstanding. I am not here to donate funds to this company that everytime they generate the bill and I pay it. Below is the email notice which I had sent to Vodafone in Feb 2016. I informed them that they do deactivate the bill within 24 hrs or else I will definitely go ahead and file first an FIR with Malad police station, and then consumer complaint asking for compensation from Vodafone. Apart from this I see so many forums on facebook, twitter, etc with negative feedback about Vodafone and I will be the additional member there criticizing their services. I am manager in Quintiles Pvt Ltd company and we have tie up with Vodafone, I will also go ahead and ask my company to break the tieup. The Vodafone customer care said to send email twice for deactivation, once before paying outstanding bill and later after paying the bill, and though I did it again there is this bill in March 2016. Is this the only business I have to do and why was it not informed before to me and why silently the Vodafone people generate the bill even after my deactivation email?. Vodafone company dont deativate and wait for next bill so that I will just keep paying bills without deactivation. I requested for deactivation in Nov 2015, then in Jan 2016 and then in Feb 2016 to Vodafone care but still payed the last outstanding. I have informed the Vodafone company that I will not pay any amount further. By this complaint I report that Vodafone company has done fraud with me, has Financially and mentally tortured me and I would request for compensation and severe action to be taken against Vodafone company by this notice. Don't worry it's a simple issue Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.

Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
My problem was resolved quickly following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
