I received a message today[protected] about activation of follo pack which I never requested. I have been deducted with Rs 35 without my knowledge or consent. I would like the company to refund my money as soon as posssible. This is very unprofessional. Although I have deactivated the service as it was a rental pack which means they will deduct the same every month.
