Vodafone India — for discontinuing no. [protected] | |||
Dear sir / mam, I have already resisted for discontinue contact no. [protected] on dates 31/08/2017. And i was told this no. Will be discontinue within one week. I received already called from ur concern person on dated 01/09/2017, and same they says this no. Will be discontinue within some, i have recorded both calls that recording i can share. When i called on dated 22/09/2017 and your people says this no. Is still working because you have not picked up your call that's why your request was cancelled on dated 08/09/2017. I have made all recording. Customer service is burst. When they told me your no. Will be discontinue within seven days, why still is working, so and that cusmercare people every time telling new story. Please write down complain against that people who have updated this. Because i have already conveyed your people (That recording i am sharing herewith). I am not going to pay any extra amount related this no. For your people mistake.
