Vodafone India — for new 4g sim

I had raised request for 4g sim on 05 oct 2017 but still i am waiting for that and every time when i called up to customer care i am getting different information.

This harassment and no one to reply on that already mark a mail to nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com but no reply from them.
