I have recharge my mobile no. (Private) via online on talktime but vodafone system forcely recharge my netpack, which is my not requirement. I noticed to the consumer care and requested to trf to my main account and call centre executive assure but after 2 days all officer stated they cant trf. My recharge amount from netpack to talktime account. This is totally illegal behavior. Vodafone cannot force to recharge netpack. If their netpack business fall down then they illegally/forcely all talktime recharge to netpack. Also the consumer care officer are very rude they do not issue any docket no. For raising any complain. On sending of email they replied they are not allotted/trf. My money to appropriate account as per my request. I urge all people to raise sound for their illegal behaviour.
