Vodafone India — Fradulent ISD calls made using my mobile number [protected]

Hi, I have sent this mail to the Nodal desk and to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com. Their customer service is a total waste. They are not bothered about the customer. The only reply is "We wil get back to you in 24-48 hrs". They dont even have the courtesy to call back. When we call back, again they will say we need another 24 hrs. Below is the email that I have sent to them. Yesterday I had an interaction with the nodal officer. Please find below screenshot wherein fradulent ISD calls have been made using my mobile number without me knowing about it. I have not made these ISD calls. The ISD calls were made to the following numbers. I repeat, I have not made these calls. There is someone who has used my mobile number and made these calls. Also when the net connection was on, this issue had occurred. [protected] – 51s 17th Aug 2015 12:26pm [protected] – 8 min 14s 16th Aug 2015 11:02am [protected] – 7min 34s 16th Aug 2015 05:55am [protected] – 16 min 33s 16th Aug 2015 05:33am [protected] – 2s 20th Aug 2015 06:01pm [protected] – 6s 20th Aug 2015 02:40pm Also 121 calls have been made using my mobile number. But during those calls, since I had the cell in my hand, I noticed them and disconnected the calls. If I do not disconnect, the number just dials in automatically and call also starts automatically. All the calls were made between 17th Aug and 20th Aug 2015. I’m not going to pay for the above calls which I have not made. I will only pay whatever is applicable apart from these ISD calls. Also I have used only 196 MB, still in the bill it shows net charges as 325.96 against Mobile internet charges. If I’m not getting any reply or if you are not reversing these charges, then I do not need your service anymore. I’m ready to talk to your concerned authorities. I have the entire call list with me of those 121 calls which I had disconnected to avoid any further charges. Regards Albina
