[Resolved] Vodafone India — fraud and cheating by retention team of vodafone | |||
My name is anurag mishra & my mobile no is [protected]. I want to raise complain against vodafone retention team & their customer care team. As i generated porting from vodaphone to airtel on 03.11.2019 for their new family plan. A phone call recieved by no.[protected] ihe person told his name as wasim akram from retention team. He promised me that he will immediately change my plan to family plan and the other two nos will be added in family plan ([protected] and [protected]) therefor he forced us to snd massage stop mnp. His promises are monthly bil for family plan of four person will be 1080 only and new plan will be active as new bill generate on 6.11.2019 (As per my cycle of bill) as per plan folowing will be given 1.
