Vodafone India — Fraud bill of additional 249/- rupees on postpaid connection without any permission or intimation

I have been charged 249/- rupees + taxes extra on my post paid bill for Dec (2014) month, for some MYDALA deals etc(details given below). As far as I remembered I haven't bought these deals. Furthermore if they have deducted the amount four times, they must have sent atleast one message, that you have been charged for so and so...But I haven't received any kind of message of mail regarding it. HOW CAN THEY CHARGE CUSTOMERS WITHOUT INFORMING THEM, and that also for something which they haven't BOUGHT. This is an open FRAUD by british company VODAFONE, on Indian Customers. Please HELP...
