I have already registered a complaint with vodafone regarding this issue and had sent you mail regarding this on 13.08.2014 (on email id's: vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and Shabbir.[protected]@vodafone.com) . I have still not got requisite reply from you on the details asked. I had asked you to send me actual logs with session detail and IP addresses accessed
by me for which you are charging me this exorbitant amount of Rs 22000.
I know there was no site accessed from gprs. I had accessed internet
with free wifi available at the airport which is definitely not a Vodafone property.You can check my History, I have always done payments on time. But the bill of 22 thousand is a wrongly charged. I have checked the bill thoroughly, my voice calls are amounting to around Rs 4000 but my GPRS bill for in a single day is wrongly shown as Rs 17000 . The GPRS bill charged is the day when I was in Muscat and that day only I had requested for International roaming activation, you can check in your records. Also, I did not have the settings for gprs to be used there. Moreover, latching on any network also provides just call facility unless you receive settings of new operator (roaming partner). I did not receive any settings/msg intimating me the samePls get me a IN log (intelligent Network) which is the actual log for any browsing for any MSISDN.I would not have had any problem in paying if it would have been a correct bill. I will not entertain any foolish clarification from you rather would like to close this number.
