I got the exact same thing on my bill ! I have been charged 1260 for calls I din't even make to 51717 with duration of 90 mins. I contacted them through live chat(5 times), 198(2 times), vodafone corpcare(2 times) but no one is taking responsibility and said it is genuine. And my phone battery is too weak for a 30 minute call but how come they billed for 90 minutes 10 seconds. And I can realise that this is real FRAUD network billing because for everybody the duration and charge is same. You could have atleast changed the Number, Duration for everyone when you do FRAUD billing.

Updated by Dhanraj.K Before migrating to vodafone network i was told that the customer service of Vodafone is very bad. I can now realise it. I decided to move out of Vodafone. That will do better i hope. All 4 numbers(3-postpaid and 1-Prepaid) from my family moving out of vodafone. If they did this for 100 or 200 ruppes than i would have not noticed it. So Vodafone Postpaid users kindly check your bill every month. Then only you will be coming to know what is happening. Planned to move to BSNL. The customer service may not be upto the level - I opted for Prepaid(So FRAUD billing will not be having more chance to suck the money illegally by FRAUD billing).
