Vodafone India — Fraud billing | |||
Sir with due respect i want 2 say that vodafone is giving me the worst service i had evr had. On 18.07.2015 my postpaid plan has been where i have been given the plan for 1000 mins talk time in rs-245 along wid 2g unlimited data plan in rs.199.My credit limit has been set for 800 bt yesterday dat is on 26.07.2015 my out going call has been blocked.When asked about the reason the representative told me that i hv crossed my credit limit as my data usage has also been added to my talk time which is a fraud case as i have also applied 4 data plan.Not only dis they r asking me 2 pay the bill even though i haven't consumed talk tm niether d data.So y shud i pay when my plan has been set for certain plan n data.Not only dis when making a call they r nt willing to sort out my problem.Simply try to ignore to sort out the problem.when i ported my prepaid sim the balance was there about rs.330 n they told me dat it will b adjusted in my bill bt nothing happend so.
