Respected Sir, I purchase new vodafone sim card on 14-july-2018 and paid 300(293+7) rupees at vodafone store rajkot. 293 Rupees for recharge plan and 7 rupees for balance Vodafone executive told without recharge i can't purchase card Once i paid and start using card i founded there is no network in my location. Now i can't use 4g/3g internet or make call or receive call and incase call connect voice not proper(poor voice quality) because vodafone network not available on following Latitude Longitude(21.847422, 70.493838) please provide solution.
